OKAY SO!
This is Qetesh. Qetesh Veshi. She's a necromancer, very sweet, very loving (and since I drew her this way, mucho busty!) to her husband Nume, but she's not without a stereotypical past of strife.
Okay so she lived a cushy life as a servant, then student of a Drow Wizard in hiding as a High Elf. The man was insane... INSANE. He even kept... well. Longer story.
She killed em, took one of his large magic tomes, this one on DEATH and went on her merry way becoming a Necromancer, found love, joined the Queendom of Jewels and became its Black Diamond Dutchess...
Pretty good way to go eh?

Done on paper with microns and multiliners then ported to photoshop. There is a texture in use from mayang.com too.
PS: She's not a dang drow-elf. She's just very very very tan.
